Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of IA AVATAR and its accompanying documentation.

Effective date: 14 July 2026

1. Licence

Subject to the applicable Store licence or distribution agreement, the user receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use IA AVATAR for lawful personal or professional purposes.

2. Acceptable use

Users must not use the application to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malicious software, bypass security protections or interfere with third-party systems.

3. Intellectual property

IA AVATAR, its original code, interface, branding and documentation remain protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party components remain the property of their respective owners and are governed by their own licences.

4. Educational information

Educational content is provided as a learning aid. It does not replace instruction from a qualified teacher or professional, and it should be checked against current official programmes and reliable sources.

5. Availability and updates

Features may be corrected, improved, replaced or discontinued. Updates may be required to maintain compatibility, security or access to online features.

6. Disclaimer

To the extent permitted by law, IA AVATAR is provided without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

7. Limitation of liability

Liability is limited only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Termination

The right to use IA AVATAR may end if these terms are materially violated. The user may stop using the application at any time and uninstall it.

9. Changes

The latest version of these terms will be posted on this page with its effective date.
