IA AVATAR may store preferences, learning progress and technical configuration locally on the user's computer. This data is used to provide application functions and is not automatically published.

2. Personal information

The application is not designed to require sensitive personal information for its core educational functions. Users should not enter confidential, medical, financial or authentication information into free-text areas.

3. Internet access

Some versions or optional functions may open official web pages, check for updates or access online services. When an external service is used, that service may process technical connection data under its own privacy policy.

4. Children and education

IA AVATAR is intended to support learning. A parent, guardian or educational professional should supervise use by children where appropriate. The application should not be used to collect unnecessary personal information from minors.

5. Diagnostics and support

When contacting support, users may voluntarily provide an error message, screenshot or system information. Users should remove passwords, private documents and other confidential information before sending diagnostic material.

6. Data retention and deletion

Local data can generally be removed by deleting the relevant application data after uninstalling IA AVATAR. Support correspondence may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request and meet legal obligations.

Reasonable precautions are taken in the design and distribution of the application. No software or transmission method can guarantee absolute security.
